Positive: I never normally leave reviews, but it would be unjust not to leave a 5* review after visiting the Horizon Suites by the sea! I was warmly greeted by Alastair upon arrival, he made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and his customer service level was impeccable and made me feel Malta was about to be an amazing holiday! After having a 10 minute chat with Alastair, he said he’ll be back in a moment with a little gift for us, and bought us a bottle of wine. Although me and my friend don’t drink, it was a gesture that we definitely appreciated. Any issues we ever had, both Alastair and Chris were quick to resolve, such as we accidentally adjusted the temperature on our hot tub, and it also got a little dirty. Although the cleaners had left, these guys as the owners, emptied out the water, cleaned out the hot tub, and refilled it for us! All the facilities, kitchen appliances, bedrooms, bathrooms, everything was way beyond what we had expected! There was no noise at all from other rooms, no disturbances, nothing, it definitely had a homely feeling, and I can assure everyone, it’s perfect for a family environment; as well as for friends or a chill. 1million% I’ll be coming back to Malta one day, and I can assure you I won’t be looking elsewhere for an apartment to stay at, phenomenal service! Thanks again to Alastair and Chris.
